    🧵 Made-to-Order Policy

    All of our products are made-to-order, which means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

    Because of this, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges.

    We kindly ask that you review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

    ✅ Quality Guarantee

    We stand behind the quality of everything we produce. If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or printing issue, we will make it right.

    If you experience a quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the issue  

    We’ll gladly offer a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

    We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. While we work with trusted shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (such as carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons).

    We ship across Canada and the USA using trusted carriers.

    Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

    Shipping Rates (Canada & USA):

    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the nearest production facility.

    • Canada: Typically $12–$15
    • USA: Typically $15–$20

    We work with both Canadian and U.S. production partners to ensure faster delivery and avoid cross-border delays whenever possible.

    Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Canada: 4–14 business days
    • USA: 6–21 business days
