Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, let us know !
Please send an email to returns@candwinsports.com with the order number in the subject line and a brief description of why it did not work for you. We will send you a shipping label for a hassle free refund.
Any additional shipping costs for returns, exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. 
We will gladly accept unworn or unused merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund:

  • Clearance
  • Products associated with hygiene and public safety (including but not limited to Jewelry, swimwear, underwear, masks & hydration)
